DJ MADSOL DESAR

He made a significant impact in the music world. He produced tracks on super-producer Armand Van Helden’s “Sampleslaya – Enter The Meatmarket,” featuring myself on vocals for the album released by Ruff House Records, and achieved underground success with the track “Off Balance” on my record label, which was also featured on the DJ Premier-mixed “Haze Presents: New York Reality Check” compilation album by Payday Records. I produced mixtapes hosted by Wyclef Jean and production worked with artists like Talib Kweli, Sadat X, ED O.G, Immortal Technique, Krumb Snatcha, Beneficent and many others. In 1998, I was invited to DJ at the famous Harlem Club in Japan, and in 1999, I performed a DJ set on The Boulevard Connection Tour in Germany. I have served as a background DJ for artists such as Talib Kweli and The Last Emperor for several years. Kanye West personally called me to DJ his private home New Year’s Eve party in 2002. In 2023, I performed a solo rapping live set with the super rap group Czarface, consisting of 7L, Esoteric, and Inspectah Deck (Wu-Tang Clan), at Paradise Club in Boston. As of 2024, I continue to do what I love, spinning at prestigious events, including magazine and private events in the Hamptons, NY. He was spuns at Hue Club in Boston, MA. In 2026, you’ll find spinning all vinyl set and digital at The Faces monthly party all over in Brooklyn, NY.
